Taco Bike is the South's first certified organic restaurant. It sells certified organic, certified humane, vegetarian breakfast tacos and is carbon neutral. It was Kickstarted it in 2014 for $10K, meeting its goal and having been chosen as a Kickstarter Staff Pick. Taco Bike is a member of 1% for the Planet, sponsored by the American Human Society, and REAL Food Certified by the United States Healthful Food Council. I co-founded Taco Bike with Dave Pittman, who did all of the branding and contributed to the business plan and strategy. I did everything else from designing and testing the final menu, to sourcing and cooking the ingredients, to actually selling the food.
